I discovered this interesting hat the other day at a recycled clothing store and it turned out to be just perfect
for a Winter drive in the sunshine to a pretty little spot by the river known as Native Point.
Unfortunately the hat came without a label so I know nothing of its origins , it is a felt and comes with attached scarf that could be cashmere. If anyone has any ideas on its origin I would love to know.
Walking along a path through the native bush wearing a black coat with a large plush leopard collar that
has seen many Winter days and is now older than my grown sons, I believe in getting my money's worth from my coats and jackets.
On another note I was deeply honoured to be interviewed by the very talented Natalia from In the Writers Closet . If you don't know Natalia she is a not only a wonderfully skilled writer , she has her own colourful style and is a master of accessories , always beautifully photographed.
One of Natalia's questions was "what does blogging bring to your life"?. Meeting and making friends with like minded souls and sharing a little of their lives for me is truly the best part of this whole blogging experience.
